Ramsey (RHUMSAA) Fire Station is situated in Station Road, Ramsey and is manned by part time retained personnel which consist of one Station Officer, one Sub-Officer, two Leading Firefighters and fifteen Firefighters, who respond to their fire station at any time of the day or night when their fire service pagers are operated.  The station has four appliances in total. There are three pumping appliances two of which are Water Tender Ladder Appliances call signs 3:1 & 3:0 and the third appliance is a Pinzgauer Six Wheel Drive Vehicle call sign 3:3.  This vehicle is particularly important to Ramsey as sections of their fire area is hilly terrain, and there are parts of the countryside where a normal rigid road fire appliance would not access. Ramseys fourth appliance is again a Pinzgauer Vehicle which is equipped as a Road Traffic Accident Unit call sign 3:9.
