200 Foot casualty retrieval.

A casualty is lowered from a 200 foot crane at the former Douglas Head Hotel site as part of an exercise. A training exercise in North Wales - take a closer look at the top left of the pic!!  The Officer in charge of the Line Rescue Team. (Note Regent St Post Office in the background).

June 2000 - Ramsey Harbour.

A recent training exercise on the tower crane on Queens Promenade Douglas. Two line rescue personnel lower a dummy to the ground. 200 feet of sheer slippery rock face to the bottom and then back to the top the same way. NEW 2 x pictures of the Solway Harvester - 28th June 2000.  NEW
