SLIEAU LHEAN - ABOVE AGNEASH

A close one.

This light aircraft crash landed on the slopes of Slieau Lhean (above Agneash) at approximately 20.00hrs on a very misty June evening.  Miraculously none of the four occupants were injured. Hill Search Team members of the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service and Civil Defence personnel located the plane and its occupants in the early hours of the following morning.  This picture was taken the day after the incident by myself.
